Now, I'm not a fan of Trudeau, never have been, never will be, but fair is fair. Most of the stuff being laid at his door is not his fault. With regards to the lockdowns, those very specifically are not his doing and yet he is taking all the heat for them. Since the beginning, Trudeau has scrupulously respected the power of the provinces to make their own policy in that regard, and has not brought the heavy hand of the federal government into it. All the provinces have had different lockdown rules and the federal government has not tried to influence them, even where it disagreed. Yet the protesters are blaming him for every lockdown, everywhere, and though I do not like the man, my sense of fair play is on his side.

Well the premiers don't control the vax mandate for international travel. Only Trudeau can repeal that.

Right-wing nut jobs all over the world worship Drumph, and want to kiss his decrepit buttocks. No different in Canada than in Hungary.

The flag was put there by a hungry Hungarian? Was there a Pole (from PO-Land) to support the flag, too? Was it inspected by one or two Czechs (Checks)? Will they be fed turkey from Turkey? Or chili from Chile? with spices from the Spice Island and will be meal be served on china made in
................China...?? Or on a paper or plastic disposable plate? Discriminating palates want to know about their plates. Bastante para hoy.

“I don’t want to take away anyone’s right to protest, but I wanted them to hear that they’re having a negative impact on the citizens of Ottawa,” said Devine, who said about two-thirds of drivers in the convoy agreed to talk.
“Most of the people I spoke to were surprised at the resistance. I think the convoy is under the false impression that they have unwavering popular support.”

It’s a very polarizing issue.
A poll I read last week said 34% support the truckers, 40% hate them, and that leaves only about 25% neutral.
With the usual effects of confirmation bias, it’s easy for members of the 34% or the 40% to imagine themselves to be an overwhelming majority.
