Russia Offers Peace Terms to Ukraine

The BBC is reporting President Putin has formally communicated his terms for peace to President Erdogan who has sent them to the Kiev Regime.

1. Ukraine agrees to permanent Swiss-style neutrality
2. Ukraine agrees to limit the size of its army to 100,000 personnel (down from 170,000)
3. Ukraine cedes its claims to Crimea (which it hasn't controlled since 2014 in any case)
4. Ukraine recognizes the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk (de facto since 2014 in any case) and ends all attacks against those areas
5. Ukraine agrees to ban armed Neo-Nazi groups on its territory (including the Azov Battalion) and to formally denounce Nazism

After last night's stunt where 12 long-range VIP transports left en masse from Moscow to the nuclear shelters in the Urals (transponders on so they could be seen), it seems that western countries may be more willing to order their Puppet Zelenskyy to capitulate. Americans may like Kiev, but they like Chicago more.

#2 is in direct contradiction to that. If Ukraine were to adopt Swiss-style neutrality, it would also need to adopt a Swiss-style citizen army, with no limitations on its size or deployment.

I think that Moscow demand Crimea and 2 republic to be recognize by Ukraine? SO 3 and 4 are one term.
