Nice! I thought you were kidding about wanting to go to the arcade museum.

Pre-Covid I somehow convinced Mrs dimes to go to the pinball convention put on by the pinball club in capital city. Once there, the whole family loved it. Now that it's back on, we go every year.

Usually I stick to pinball but this year I played a few of the video games. I'm not great at Q-Bert but I did make the leader board at this years event. Joust was there, I'm not sure if there was a Burger Time machine this year. Got my personal best on Donkey Kong.

Video games was not on my list of things to see and experience while nearly two weeks in Ireland and Scotland.

I did see and experience: History, good food and beverages, culture, music, many wonderful places, and even more wonderful people. My last night of our Tour, in Dublin, my wife and I had a great conversation with our waiter, from Turkey. He is an an engineer, and nearing the end of his 3 year wait to do actual engineering work in Ireland. His mother gives him grief about that when he calls every week. :D I made sure to have left him a good tip.

We discussed a few things, including the Irish Potato Famine (the Great Hunger) and he said that Turkey (via the Sultan of Ottoman) gave a donation to help with famine relief. I never knew. It is good to meet and talk to many people. I aslo met a server from Ukraine, in Scotland, but no real conversation with her.

Most of our Tour group was from the USA and two were from Western Canada. And Guinness was good, too...! I did not enjoy the Scotch Whisky at a distillery.
