Game Creation Labels

The 1st Clan Contacts, and some 2nd Clan Contacts, have privileges to create the home games and invite their players. When creating a game use this tournament: "2025 [CL17] Second Division". For your home games, label the games with your clan abbreviation first, followed by "vs", followed by the away clan. For example, the match up of Round 1 is LOW against FOED, so LOW should create their home games with the following label: R1 LOW vs FOED
FOED home games labels should be: R1 FOED vs LOW

Every clan has to post their home games in the thread dedicated for that purpose: [CL17] Active War Game Lists for Second Division Only". Do not post them in this war thread. Furthermore, you only need to post the game numbers. No need to post the map and players. Please link the game numbers to the game. You can do this by highlighting each game number and and clicking the "Game" button above the textbox.

No games from FOED and no response to PM. They are receiving an infraction and will receive another if games are not out with all invites sent by November 5th at 23:59 CCT. Everyone else good.

Update: 11/6 - FOED games made, no 2nd infraction given


Round 1 Away (Added 11/10 - 2am)
A couple clans late on sending invites, RGV and FOED. Since this is 1st round, both clans just get a warning.

Please, do remember for future rounds that all invites must be ACCEPTED by the deadline, not just sent.

Everything looks good. Remember, a clan has until midnight on the Sunday FOLLOWING the deadline to fill their away games.

Leaving it to the very last moment (i.e. 6 hours before the final Sunday midnight) is not good sportsmanship and creates a build-up of games down the line. This is not desirable.

RGV and RET both have 48 hour extensions. FOED, KNT and AFOS all made and posted. LOW forgot to post, sent a reminder.

Round 5 Home
No games or request for extension from GON. They had extenuating circumstances so have not received an infraction, but will if games are not made with invites sent by 23:59 CCT 1/27/26.
This was done, but since 2 days late, FOED gets a 2 day extension to fill.

Please make sure to monitor how many times you are using each map. The limit is 3 and the totals can be found on the Map Usage Sheet, which is linked in the OP.
