Why don't you do something original and make a claim on 1 vote instead?
I did, I told you I am 100% town, no special power, straight forward house applicant. You think different, so I help you to proof that you are wrong!
So your early explanation of Mulligatawny had nothing to do with your role then?
Although it did make you look busy for a while.
And your no special power means you can't now claim anything other than vanilla later?

Look I might have it wrong on you.
But my version of social deduction and process of elimination has you as most patron suspicious from posts, and king as most patron suspicious from lack of posts.

If it's lack of posts, surely you can't just be looking at Kong. Three more spring to mind.

Well we know - I think - that Kong, Zulu and Katy cannot be the Patron.

So if you want to go down the low/nothing poster route that's King.
If you want to go with my suspicions from what has been posted thats Charle.

If you want to go for someone else OK, but I'll probably argue against it and probably not join that wagon unless you can see/demonstrate something I've missed.
Time is running low re the latter though.

BTW I joined the Royal Navy in1975 and joined my first ship in January 1976, HMS Zulu, and the warrior bit is an RN dance which I am unable to elaborate on because we have ladies at the table, but it did involve stripping, nakedness and alcohol. It eventually developed into a much darker dance involving a rolled-up newspaper.

I will try to fathom out a strategy here when I understand what my next move should be and why. I am usually quite quiet and reserved unless I drink red wine :-).
Best dinner guest story by a mile, I need to hear more
Perhaps if you persuade the waiter to re-supply the red wine I might expand on the story, as long as the ladies don't mind or we retire to the smoking room ;-)

I took "glass remains one-third empty" to mean the circle currently has two of their three members.

Charle's flame out post reads more like insisting than demonstrating, which is what liars do. In any case, not helping find circle.

I support the Charle vote. I don't believe that he is that unfamiliar with how random works. His strategy post assumed agreement where none had been established, and I've certainly come after people for smaller bandwagoning offenses. And now he's quit.

King should have at least received a warning by now. No? We'll keep setting the bar lower. King, give some manner of grunt if you still have a pulse.

Idk if ZW and Katy were left out of the secretary or patron pick. Certainly would not count on it. Regardless, I don't want them out during the very first course.

Vote Charle

FP ZW, my good man, I was doing drunken nude dances on distant shores while you were in diapers. You'll here no protest from me.

Well spotted!!

This is 100% correct.

Circle has 2 of their three members at the moment..

Very good deduction! Its the sort of these Little clues that makes the pepper and salt in life but no clues that will lead to circle allegiance identity..

I have no problem with the story ZW…
It seems as though my suspicions for Devante are going completely unheard lol these things happen. Although I’m not totally swayed to believe that Charle is scum again (it was him last time wasnt it?) I am slowly becoming more convinced. And as he’s noted that he is vanilla; so at least there’s no risk in voting for him were he to be house. Well, there’s a risk but not like house loses their biggest play. Still I’m going to wait to see what else he says. But for now, I will at least say

Unvote Devante

Something does need to be done about king 👑 and I say this both because I want someone to help us participate in what’s going on and also because I feel like if he is eliminated, and we know what his role is, that will make our job all the more better to deduce. I will say also because I like saying things there must be more clues. And if sonic is letting us know when we have gotten the clues maybe we should be focusing more on the pictures.
We know one of the men is Devante and so we think we know who the women are. I think we’re still unclear as to what exactly the hand signals mean but at this point, I’m inclined to believe that that’s Katie and Zulu saying what up since they entered the game slightly late. One thing that bugs me is in the latest picture there were so many empty seats. And I think that may indicate that half the group is really onto something meanwhile the other half that’s in their seats are still getting their bearings. It’s still tough to tell who is who. Or why this corset is so tight or who who took the rest of the Laudanum from my bag. 💼 No worries I think I have a bit stronger solution in here somewhere..

This settled that Charle is House? unless Charles was House and the pointed secretary pre-start and lost the dealt card i.e. the Secretary slip and knows what to say regarding House member.

And annieh you are so fast - I haven't yet read the last. Thank you. -

Qutes pasted in order time-stamp
Though pre-start we have this regarding drinks.
SoN!c wrote: Wed Oct 14, 2026 3:29 am ....

Loose Canon then looked at the glass that was already in front of him.
Because the drinks had not been poured by any hand the guests could see.

Ragian cleared his throat. His own glass had refilled itself while he was speaking:
“For the record, a gimlet sure is gin, lime, and sugar. A giblet is the heart, liver, and gizzard of a fowl."
Then he picked his drink up and poured the whole thing down in one go.
“Double scotch,” he said, (once he could speak again).

Charle took a careful sip of whatever had landed in front of him and nodded.
“Come on. None of us know what’s in any drink when Son!c hosts. But this one is not bad. And Annie, you’re the naughty one if you keep ordering doubles before the soup.”

Loose Canon stared at his own glass.
“If this is a double gin sonic, fine. It clears the chest.”

.....

Remember: One double invitation awaits one.
...
If Circle members are related by content in a glass - Ragian had one full glass and drink up the whole thing in one go . - And Charle a sip. - So Ragian Patron and Charle Secretary ?
Loose didn't drink.

still an invitation was accepted before the start. - Is it the Secretary Slip ? but then what about the double invitation awaits.
SoN!c wrote: Fri Oct 16, 2026 11:09 pm All invitees have arrived. And An invitation was accepted.

However, If a late stranger still turns up before the clock strikes seven tonight the Mulligatawny soup will be served twisted.

and the Patron pointed at the Secretary at before the start - that is the Secretary Slip - so by that Circle members will meet N1. that can be Charle Secretary Slip if Charle flips Circle. (sip as slip)

then this

In fine dining etiquette, this is the ultimate moment to welcome guests, serve the first amuse-bouches, serving drinks, all to relax the atmosphere before heading to the table.)

And now The Dinner has started!

...

As the game needs 2 Circle members at the start and KongMing got souped... Kong, by default, died as House.

Some of you have received new cards to reshuffle the Kong Soup situation.
Then kongming isn't The Secretary pointed at if Charle flips Circle. and if Charle flips House kongming can be The Secretary.

This was a long post - sorry.

Catching up now. I'm still leaning with LC being the most town so far and given that will follow the Charle vote if that's how it's going. But I don't think he's scum cause aside from some posts early on, which I can see from both sides, the time thing on posting does not do it for me. And I can't tell if that's just LC being LC zeroing in on something or if he's on to something. But with nothing else to go on I'll follow suit as we need to lynch someone as town needs to hit patron.

Kong I don't see as the main culprit so maybe secretary, but given the sonic flavour i'm inclined to hold my vote. Not sure where he lies in affairs and he his upcoming post is past deadline. Hjelp and bunny have both lashed out on me but doesn't help town lashing back for no reason and they've played town so far. Bunny more so then hjelp as I can't get behind his 3 scum versus two scum fixation when mod has stated otherwise but that might just be his thing. Annieh, Rags, Zulu and homer both have across town given no other reason from posts to think otherwise, unless one of you are playing this as scum well then kudos there cause then I missed it.

At this point, I would prefer to lynch king then Charle as his MIA is not helping us. With a day left to vote we need to do something. If it comes to it then I'll follow LC on Charle but I don't like the few newbies just posting to stay active or king being MIA. Feels like there's only a few of us posting which lets scum just coast through the day. Scum will want us not to lynch in case we hit them off the bat like the thing game. But a mis lynch for town doesn't help us either. I'll follow suit with majority but we've got a day and half left so i'm leaning king or worse case Charle given the self vote seems like he wants out

Annie, what on earth has random to do with anything about my post, i never ever said or even a little hint that the patron was not chosen by random? You guys keep on hammering on the same things like a compass in circles, get to the facts and rather find the patron as you and loose are playing seriously scum in my eyes.

My earlier post was, the patron "who was given the title by random", had the chance to recruit somebody on N0. Now that recruit was not random, he could have chosen it, and if it was Loose (which i think now really it was), he could have recruited a lady (which now shows my assumptions were correct) by the name of Annie to be his secretary. So now i ask you with tears in my most beautiful blue eyes, where did i mention anything that was not random?

Anyway, there was a hint in my post when I claimed earlier that would 100% proof that I am town, and neither you or Loose picked it up. The rest of the town who saw that, please do not reveal it for now. I need to play for town now and it will be better if I change my vote again:

ok, D1 is coming to a close soon and i don't think we're close to finding a solid suspect. King is suspicious by default because where tf is he? LC v Charle has certain sonic v rag vibes to it. so maybe one is circle? personally, i don't think LC is it, and i'm not sold on his reasoning about charle. but i was wrong in the sonic v rag fight..

annieh, that was a great spot about the glass remaining 1/3 empty. but since i'm on the side of house having 2 members currently, maybe i only think so because it confirms my thoughts.

i think, if we do want to have a D1 lynch, it should be king. if we're right, then great! if we're wrong, have we really lost anything? i'm just not sure enough about anybody else to feel comfortable voting for them.

I don't like lynching blind. We all know that King goes AWOL for days on end. Lynching him is a gamble. Saying we don't lose anything is rather careless, I'd say.

I have seen nothing to suggest that Katy, Zulu, King, kong can't be baddies here. To be honest, I have no clue about any of them because I haven't seen either of them defend any reads. Katy has come close with a vote, though.

Reading back, I don't feel comfortable voting even if I think that lynching D1 is always the best course for town (or house or whatever). Especially now that we have 1 day left. I'm not sold on Charle being bad. He's frustrated, though.

Theres a few tactical excuses flying around for not lynching D1.

I believe they are tactically misconceived.
We HAVE to lynch every day.

But probably too late to argue this point properly D1 now

Why is Bunnie trying to deflect accusations by insinuating that some players have posted only 4 times?

Also, Ragian made a statement about a "gimlet"; Ragian cleared his throat.

A gimlet is also a very sharp, pointed tool that could easily stab someone in the back!!

But I will try to argue why it is a tactical mistake nonetheless;

I don't think a N1 onwards Circle recruit will know who is already in the circle.
Otherwise what distinguishes them from being another secretary?

The still House archivist has to deliver a patron D2 or D3 from N1 or N2 investigations.
The longer the game goes on in its phases the more likely the circle will recruit or kill the archivist.
Remember from tonight onwards the Patron and Secretary will know who each are.
By process of elimination and deduction they will stand an increasingly good chance of recruiting or killing the archivist the longer the phases go on before the patron is lynched.
And a later archivist recruit to circle even if they don't explicitly know who else is in the circle will have the knowledge from prior investigations as to who probably is not in the circle. (archivist loses investigation if/when recruited)

An archivists investigations will benefit N1 and N2 from having prime suspects eliminated, leaving them to follow their best hunches as to who the circle members are.
Even so a successful archivist investigation will only give a 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 chance of hitting the Patron.

The archivist power to house is not that powerful, certainly not as powerful as many experienced players are thinking it is, and at a certain point becomes negative to House.

Whether we lynch Charle for being suspicious or at least for having done nothing to help House D1. (vote Loose, Vote Charle, Vote Loose - come on)
Or whether we lynch King for almost total absence so far.

Really at this point I couldn't give a flying xxxx

But LYNCH D1 ONE or OTHER we should!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a defensive post and is perfect for a Patron to state. Together with my latest post regarding the drinking before the the soup I suspect Ragian as Patron -
My earlier suspicion regarding Devante was regarding the photo and hands and the lady to the left and then waving across is weaker Regarding the Patron.

So I think Ragian is The Patron and Charle is The Secretary. kongming will be flipped depending on what Charles flips.
