Flaming outside of Flame Wars [closed]

I've recently found out that Dancing Mustard did not forgive me for previously calling him a retard, and that he is not only flaming me in Flame Wars, but some other topics I posted on other forums. I really want to stop the flame war but Dancing Mustard doesn't seem to agree with me. So could I ask the mods to please ban a user if he/she flames outside of Flame Wars?

Does this count? He was referring to me (when I was asking how much time you spend on the Internet) in the Clubhouse. I don't want to see anyone getting banned, but I would like to see someone getting warned.

Thanks, I've PM'd DM to remind him not to flame outside FW. Although I would only consider those borderline flames.

Well it was a long story, only read on if you don't think I'm annoying!

It all started on a thread about IQ...
So I was asking everyone in the clubhouse what their IQ was and does Conquer club affect their IQ(maybe I should have put it in General Discussions, but I don't know). Skittles posted first and then staic_ice posted saying that he had an IQ of around 1,000. I said you can't have an IQ over 400 and Skittles later posts saying that of course he's kidding, he's not that smart. Dancing Mustard joins in and says My IQ>Your IQ. I thought he was offending me, static_ice, and especially Skittles because he posted right after Skittles. Norse later called me a numpty(not sure why, I didn't flame him before) and later said I irritated him because I was trying to break up the insult between by Dancing Mustard for me, static_ice, and especially Skittles.I said sorry to Norse if I did irritate him and said not to post on this topic anymore. Dancing Mustard unneccesaryily insulted me by saying "driven out of your own thread, how embarrasing!". I told him not to insult me here, but to insult me in flame wars or by pm. Norse say that we're getting soppier. Dancing Mustard insults me even more by typing in capital letters saying that he can't hear me and his IQ is whatever mine is plus 1 and then 111 plus typing Honibaz in capitals using red letters. And then I pm him about how annoying it is to receive flaming from him. And then everything starts to go wrong as I get flamed multi ways(when I didn't flame them at all before) by Dancing Mustard, chessplaya, Ronaldinho, Beast of Burson, RobinJ and everybody else that hated me. Seriously, can't Dancing Mustard get over me calling him a retard? I got over how other people flamed me.

I disagree. If someone calls themselves smarter than me, I will either concede the point (and usually consider them a smarmy bastard who has nothing else to brag about), or laugh in their face and claim the contrary.
