I agree with this song. It's the overriding theme of one of my philosophical branches on my tree. Everything you know is wrong, everything I know is wrong, everything else that is known is wrong, so why do we cling to being wrong?

Here's where I make my stand: Accepting any explanation of anything that stops you from searching or placates you with "the answers to the great questions" is a path towards mental sloth and self-destruction. If you want to stop searching for the answers, then it's over Johnny. The purpose of the human mind is to continue to search for the answers, even through multiple lives if it takes that. When you find the answers, that's when your ride ends and you can relax. Or, if you follow the Buddhist path, that's where you unlearn all that you have learned and seek enlightenment.

Any person, pastor, or salesman who tries to sell you spiritual fulfillment in exchange for your tithe/loyalty/submission-to-God is an agent of Darkness, be it an abstract or some malevolent force or creature (example: Satan).
