your eg what you would do fail at the first post, you fail to give him a warning to stop doing what ever he doing, its not an easy job to do to mod a chat room, you can draw any lines between friends and people you dont like

I've been in chat quite frequently and have rarely had to kick anyone. If someone's a problem, then just do what someone did with SolidWolf, i.e. report him to a mod, and it'll be taken care of. First though, kindly ask the person to stop.

old rule in msn open chat was to ask nicey 3 times then if they carry on then kick them
if they came back and carry on only ask once then kick again if the return and done it a again a short time ban was put in place like 5 mins this would happen again but the ban will be a bit longer
the 3 ban would be any thing might even been a total ban where has a e-mail giving reason why they should be let back in and that it would not happen again
