Absolutely agreed. If Razor made an honest mistake, I'm convinced he would have corrected the record and not let a Townie possibly get lynched because of a mistake. There are more details that have not been shared.

Holy cow lots of deaths. Looks like maybe a 3rd party has killed a mafia member for us? Also looks like we got some duplicate rolls that can hush people, from what I can tell that's a mafia role when I look it up? Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyone got any useful information to share? Going to be really hard to lynch someone with 3 people quiet and needing 10 votes I must say.

Ok...I think the most important first question is who killed traffic, what was your basis, and who else do you think/know to be Mafia? I have a suspicion that this "hushed" group perhaps has knowledge and is now silenced as they have used up their powerful ability?

I will say that I am responsible for Loose Canon's death. This kill was "viewed" by another player in the darkness but I do have knowledge of who. I'm town but had the ability to kill one player across the entire game, and I was positive that he was scum. Given that Raz had also dropped hints that this would be a "fast-paced game" and the Doctor was our no-show further hindering Town's power, I figured it best to use my role early and hope it worked. And if he was, I knew the other 4 or 5 on my list that I had grouped with him were scum too. But now I'm thinking they are all a 3rd party coalition and know I'm being fooled by another group.

Lots to unpack in Raz's post...but notice Bax AND Cdbridges are grouped together. So I don't believe either of them are the 24th "god"/warden role (Bax was my second choice). I now believe them to be third party and/or a second "silenced" group for their kill on traffic. That leads me to think halrob is still the 24th player.

Note also pershy and I-andrei have been separated, even though I had them clumped together as "note-bringers" Day 1. Why would pershy be in a silenced group while I-andrei continues unhindered?

Regardless, I think town has to go for someone on Day 2 as my suspicion is our numbers are dwindling fast and by day 3, I'm not even sure a majority vote on a Mafia player will be possible. We need A) more information, B) to get on a same thread, and C) try something.

This is very possible.

Raz's words: "There was no sign of General Bax or cdbridges" and both players have been very passive as you suggest....now I am thinking as you are and believe they may have just not submitted any night actions. Don Raz has already indicated all roles have power so they should have submitted something.

Edit: Which now leads me to think neither of them can be Mafia as the Mafia kills are collective actions, correct? Probably best to avoid both of them for Day 2.

Four night deaths is a lot, but having half of them be 3rd Party or Mafia is actually really good!! But add Cofari's Mod kill and we've already lost 3 Townies at the start of D2. I don't mind losing a Gossip, but a Doctor and a Detective could be very useful.

What you think is Maxleod??? Is this just flavor, because he's a terrified mess? Or is there something more here? chanakam2020 and Maxleod didn't participate much on D1, so I don't know why they would be targeted for silence, but pershy shared his message and answered questions. His silence may hurt. Crazy theory: their D2 silence may have something to do with those stupid Meow messages that were sent on D1. Am I reading too much into this? Or is there a devious mechanic at work here?

Now that we're seeing actual roles and role descriptions being revealed, I think we should study this page: https://mafia.gg/guide/roles - it has the exact same descriptions that are being used in this game. Of particular interest are the Agent and Spy roles. Agent is Town-aligned and "may send anonymous messages to any non-Town-aligned role". Spy is Mafia-aligned and "may send anonymous messages to any role during the day". pershy and i-andrei admitted to receiving messages on D1, but this does not tell us much about their alignment (yet). halrob also claimed to have received a message, or two, but some were deleted, and most of what he said in general did not make sense, so I have no idea what to do with him. Another question is: were any/all of these messages from other players, or directly from the Mod? Does anyone claim to have sent them to prove they are a Town Agent?

As Pixar pointed out, traffic posted absolutely nothing of value on D1. But he still posted more than actorday, cdbridges, Dukasaur, DukeHazzard, General Bax, PepeAtila, and TheJonah. It would make sense that General Bax and cdbridges wasted their chance to help Town last night by forgetting to participate, like they did on D1. The others on that list are high on my scummarining list. I'd like to see them make more of an effort on D2 or I'd be happy to see them gone.

If everyone has a power role, then that would mean all the Mafia do too. To my knowledge, the mafia night kill is not normally a collective action, but rather, one player is chosen to do it. This allows it to be blocked or redirected if that player is targeted. Having that duty might or might not prevent him from using his own night power, but I don't think that would count as a night action for all the other Mafia players. In any case, I don't think that's a reason to assume that those two are not Mafia, or to avoid them. (Though they'll probably continue to hide and people will just forget about them.)

That would be a pretty bold move that would easily be refuted by whoever did kill Loose Canon, as well as whoever viewed the kill.
It's still possible that fusi is mafia and performed the night kill on LC (not knowing his alignment), and decided to claim it because he knows someone saw him.

I absolutely took no night action. When the screaming started I found the nearest cell and crawled under the bed in fear. I got no sleep. When terror that came over me subsided, I came out of the cell in one piece. I had survived the night!!!!!! I had no idea what had happened and to who. When I finally realized that the carnage was all around me, I was somehow relieved.

I am still suspicious of all those that wanted a Day 1 lynch very early. Pixar in particular. I have nothing solid as far as proof, but I will.

I already explained why I felt urgency to kill Night 1. Our Doctor was a no-show, we couldn't get any votes together even though multiple players were acting suspicious as hell not even able to defend themselves, and Raz had indicated this would be a high-kill lobby to keep up the tempo.

I chose Loose Canon because look at a composite of what he posted Day 1:
A) He immediately jumps on a bandwagon to kill Dunk with very little ground to stand on
B) All of a sudden, when it's halrob's turn on the chopping block, he skirts away and doesn't budge off Dunk? That to me was a WTF

I was not wrong that he wasn't town so I actually don't regret my choice to kill him.

Regardless, I could easily point the finger back at you for being so quick to question me (thank you Josh & dega) but I actually don't think you are scum, even considering your strange message you brought forward and being named as the informant by Halrob.

I don't know about anyone else, but I think there is significant urgency on this Day 2 to try to get a lynch going. And if I look back at the posts, traffic was noticeably absent from the vote against Halrob when he could have easily bandwagoned. Why would he do that unless he knew Halrob's allegiance to Mafia? That is my best clue to go on, unless whoever killed traffic is able to come forward and give us more knowledge.

I'm new to this game and I'm sitting back quietly seeing how it's played and trying to follow everyone else's logic. I did speak up and voted to lynch Halrob when I agreed that he wasn't being straight with everyone. I will probably vote against him again unless something else comes up. For now I'll hold my vote.

I don't know who killed Jonah and why, but I can say that real life has been keeping him away from CC a lot lately. That would be why he wasn't very active.
