I actually like German food, despite the fact that it isn't considered as refined as french quisine.

German food is magnificent, mainly due to the fact that Germans stole most of the recipes from the Czechs.

As much as I love Czech/German food, I love Hungarian food even more! I could eat Szeged goulash all day, every day.

But, we deviate from the OP, and notyou2 will come along and slap our wrists for derailing.

Horrible food:
Oatmeal with peanut butter, radishes, and Tia Maria.

(There's a story there. I actually did make that.) :)

I've written that bit now, but carry on guys, I'm enjoying this.

Overheard bits of the recipe for "Eggs Terence" include banana and lima bean, rat's liver and fourteen chili peppers...

French cuisine: It's amazing what a people will do in the art of sauce creation to cover up the fact that their meat sucks.

(As opposed to the English solution of ... hey if we just invade those people over there for their spices ... starting with the crusades and King Richard the Lionhearted.)

Except they seem to have forgotten all those lessons. I've never seen an English dish with anything close to an adequate number of spices in it.

Chicken Tikka Masala is an English dish with an adequate number of spices. I think it's the only one.

Chicken Kiev is good even though there are not many spices in it.

And a load of butter.

I was mostly mocking the guy calling Tikka Masala "an English dish".

Spaghetti was invented in China. I'm not going there looking for a good marinara.

Llama, Koolbak's can thread is a different thread. You should be castigated for a derailment of epic proportions.

Back on subject......snot balls and horse hoof glue

Make sure the snot balls are in the can.

Can't eat can-non-balls.
