I'd like to request that the Hunters especially look into this claim as well as other collectors and make an official decision for purposes of the Monthly Challenge.

These 3 are guilty of violating the point collecting guidelines. Whether or not they are enforced, is the question.

Ive got nothing to add here ... but im curious... How do u know if someone goes bonkers and are point dumping? I mean if a guy sets up 50 speed, cracks a beer and whooa wife/mate comes in ... or internet crash or well u get it is that point dumping? If u in good conscience join loads of games and people deadbeat is that a reason to get a warning? I mean your intent were good but the end result were bad? is it your fault...???

If you join a game without knowledge of the players deadbeating, then you have done nothing wrong. If you finish games with this player and continue to join all his games because you know he is giving away points....
