The newly added territories are:
1. Oikiqtaluk
2. Svalbard
3. Hawaii
4. Falkland Islands
5. New Zealand
6. Philippines

i believe i speak for most of the ppl on cc when i say that we don't take ideas from grand strategy. thats what they do with our mapspremio53 wrote:I don't know how Grand Strategy does it but they use the exact Risk I and Risk II maps on their site. Maybe they have have a deal with Hasbro? You could go there and see what it looks like.
I agree that Conquer Club is superior and it is the only one I recommend to my friends but the Classic Map as found on the Risk II program is also superior to the old Classic Map in that there is more strategy involved without changing the familiar layout.whitestazn88 wrote:i believe i speak for most of the ppl on cc when i say that we don't take ideas from grand strategy. thats what they do with our mapspremio53 wrote:I don't know how Grand Strategy does it but they use the exact Risk I and Risk II maps on their site. could you perhaps get a screen shot for reference?premio53 wrote:That might be OK but if too many more are added it could become cluttered. I love it as found on the Risk II program.bryguy wrote:and while your at it, add in the southern sandwich islands

I believe one can download a trial version of Risk II. You can see it there. It's a beautiful map that doesn't change the familiar Classic layout.gimil wrote:could you perhaps get a screen shot for reference?premio53 wrote:That might be OK but if too many more are added it could become cluttered. I was born in the early 50's and probably most people were familiar with the board game long before the internet came into existence. I believe you would be surprised how popular it would be. It adds much more strategy to the original and would certainly make it more suitable for 7 or 8 players than the Classic now used. It would be a welcome alternative to the World 2.1 which can be confusing at times, at least to me.Sir. Ricco wrote:I really think this is a pointless map. We already have world 2.0. There is no need for this map.
