The idea of course is the computer, and I may have posted this somewhere earlier but I'd like to turn it into an actual development, I like this map and want to play it

Essentially, a summary of the map goes as follows (to be followed up with a picture of the sketch once I get to a scanner probably later today)
There area 4 Overarching Continents - Input Devices, Output Devices, Computer, Cables.
Now the normal continents, with their territories [bracketed]
---Input Devices---
Mouse [ Body, LMB, RMB, Wheel ]
Keyboard [ LHS, RHS, Space, Arrows, NumPad, FKeys, Pgup/Pgdown ]
ADSL Modem [ Lights, Modem, Power Switch, Wireless Antenna ]
---Output Devices---
Speakers [ Left Speaker, Right Speaker, Volume Knob, Power Button ]
Monitor [ Screen, Stand, Power, Brightness, Contrast, Menu Button ]
ADSL Modem [ as above, same one ]
---No Overarching Continent---
Wall Panel [ Power Point, Power Switch, Telephone Jack, Wall Panel ]
Powerboard [ Speaker Plug, Monitor Plug, Computer Plug, Modem Plug ]
Table [ Table ]
---Cables---
Power Cables [ ADSL, Speaker, Monitor, Computer Power Cables ]
External Cables [ Keyboard (PS2), Mouse (USB), Audio Out (to Speaker), Speaker Cable (between L & R), LAN Cable, Phone Cable ]
Internal Cables [ SATA 1, 2, 3, 4, Internal Power 1, 2, 3, Heatsink Cable ]
---Computer---
Motherboard [ Mobo, CPU, Heatsink, Heatsink Power Cable, Mobo Power Input, SATA Bank, RAM Bank, Front Panel Connectors ]
SATA IDE [ SATA Bank (also in mobo), SATA Cable 1(DVD), 2(FDD), 3(HDD Master), 4(HDD Slave) ]
RAM [ RAM Bank (also in mobo), RAM stick 1, 2, 3, 4 ]
Front Panel [ FPC (above in mobo), Power Button, Reset Button, Internal Speaker ]
Peripheral Connectors [ PS2 Port, USB Port, LAN Port, Video Port, Sound Port ]
Power Supply [ PSU, Fan, Internal Power Cable 1 (to mobo), 2 (to DVD & FDD), 3 (to HDD Master & Slave)
Data Storage [ DVD Burner, DVD faceplate, FDD, FDD Faceplate, HDD Master, HDD Slave ]
Case [ Front Panel, Rear Panel, Side Panel, Top, Base ]
This is a great and familiar map I think, with lots of connections and opportunities for interesting game play. I envision big bonuses for holding say, the whole computer, but lots of smaller bonuses for the smaller continents. There are lots of connections since we are using all the cables, and making the cables a continent, and then an overarching one too, gives lots of opportunities for spread continents. Harder to defend!
Following the idea of Conquer Man, Something like adding armies to the CPU each turn might be worth considering, and starting it as neutral, but that's not necessary, maybe I should think of something different and original, anyway... That's my first idea as it stands at the moment
I need a volunteer artist who would be happy to take my basic sketch (being provided later today) and turn it into a work of art that I can code the back end to

A few things that need to be done differently are:
Put a 4 plug powerboard on the table, plug everything into that, have one panel on the wall that takes the powerboard plug and the phone plug.
Obviously there are a few lines that shouldnt' be there, under the modem, cause I added that in afterwards. I haven't put a printer or a scanner, frankly, I don't have them, and they're not part of the enjoyment of CC, everything else is. I think the screen should be showing the CC homepage, or possibly a randomly generated forum page each time, that would be cool.... can we do page within a page stuff? I'm not sure... lets look into it...
There are connections between some of the peripherals, ie, the mouse will be touching the numpad, I often use these two with one hand... The Right speaker would be overlapping the monitor, (just thinking in terms of gameplay rather than realworld). Cable crosses will not cause contact, ie, the speaker cable can't attack the keyboard cable. Cables can only be attacked between the items they connect.
