As much as I like to have the more players the better, 29 is a difficult number to create the different matches.
However, as I really would like to allow everybody interested to play, if one or three players join, then we will be 30 or 32, and it will be possible to have everybody on board. So, if you can convince someone else to join (or someone joins spontaneously) you will be in
How many time do people have left to join? Well, as the first set of matches are 1v1, people can join until 75% of the first group of matches is finshed (that's 12 out of the 16 matches). Then it will be definitely close.
