You've probably already heard about this, but you don't give it the importance that it has (judging from the number of tea party and occupy threads here). This is more important that current economics and global warming.
Seems that we've been eating poison. For a long time now. We have not evolved to eat grains, nuts, large quantities of sugar, yet that's all we eat. Even worse, we eat refined forms of these. Apparently most chronic and some deadly health conditions are symptoms of our diet. We have been made to believe eating a lot of carbohydrates is good for us, specially by the cereal industry. We have for breakfast a bowl of sugar and starch. We've also been made to believe that eating meat and fat is bad for us.
I would expect anything by the food industry, even by regulators like the FDA, but by doctors? They don't mention this to you when you go to them because you are sick, they tell you to take a number of pills with a number of side effects, but leave you taking the poison. Seriously, wtf, people trust their lives to them. What about the Hippocratic Oath?
So I just watched a video of this lady dr. who lift herself from a wheelchair by changing her diet. She's now giving advice for free on these. It's like everywhere you look you can find stories like these, just don't get too much attention.
You probably think this don't apply to all of us but I doubt it. Once, years ago, I asked a Dr. I trusted why did he think there was so much type of these conditions now and not so much records of them in the past, and he said that it was because we know so much about them today. Lie.
Do you guys believe this thing I'm saying or does it sound like quackery to you?
ever noticed how a vast mayority of those pills includes aspartame? a totaly unnecessary addictive that is widely believed to be poisonous [citation needed] (that is also found in a lot of 'light' products to replace sugar), just to make the pills taste better. (aspartame is the main reason why all pills have a huge list of sideeffects [citation needed], but the doctors don't care, they'll just give you a new set of pills to fight the sideeffects, leaving you with an even worse aspartame poison, also, most conventional doctors have always sad 'alternative methods' like homeopathic medicines are bad, while in fact homeapathic medines are all natural and therefore have much less sideeffects then that industrial garbage the doctors give you)
Well, apart from drowning, the side-effects of water tend to be relatively minor.
Now, do you want to make a statement about unnecessary additives that is more likely to be taken seriously? I actually think you have a point there, but unfortunately you ruin it when you bring up dissolving relatively tiny quantities of good stuff in relatively huge quantities of water as a viable alternative.
what does water has to do with aspartame?
