After watching both candidates speak and after watching Romney in the primary debates, there is no question in my mind that Obama is going to wipe the floor with Romney in the presidential debates. Obama is a more charismatic speaker and seems, at least right now, to have more substance (i.e. concrete ideas) than Romney. Maybe that will change. But Romney sucked in the debates and the Republicans tried hard to find someone other than him (Michelle Bachman, Herman Cain, Rick Perry, Chris Christie, etc.).
Shame on the American people then if Obama gets reelected. Obama has done nothing for this country thus far except put us in a world of economic disarray. I think this is obvious as he has spent more than every president in history combined in only 3.5 years. Yet with all that spending, the current state of the USA hasn't changed a bit. Again this is obvious by the unemployment numbers. People can paint anything they want regarding this, however, one this is for certain, the facts can't be ignored and/or changed. If people are going to make their minds up based on a debate, again, shame on them. Obama had his shot; he's failed miserably. Not all people that hold the highest office in the land succeed; time to move on. We owe it to this country to pull us out of the gutter and get back to the basics and become an economic super power once again; the citizens deserve this.
I can't help but remember when Obama was elected; several people in the streets were interviewed and said how great it was that they now don't have to pay their mortgages or put gas in their tank; the government will now do it. With this mentality of personal entitlements is and absolute disgrace. My parents brought me up to work hard and good things will follow. This next election is crucial to the well being of this country; let's just hope this is the end of obamas tenure.
