I said town awol because Ragian only wants to disclosure his hybrid PR role with majority votes L-2 (knowing all to well that is never gonna happen).

Ragian turned that into Traf awol and you believe him i said that

But ok man - have it your way. I'll only do night actions from now on.

That's just not true, mate. I said that Charle was AWOL, and that if Traf wanted me to, I'd disclose all. In Danish we have an expression that directly translated is, "Like the devil reads the bible." It feels fitting.

This does not adress all those points. Its evasive and just designed to create doubt. Ofcourse this game is not about me. But hiding behind awol town is very convenient isn't it?

Ragian wrote: Thu Apr 16, 2026 2:33 am @Son!c, you may call Traf AWOL town, but given that we have almost a week, I'm sure he'll be in here in a timely manner to decide for himself. If it's not all about you, why do you then keep insisting that you call the shots as to whether or not I should reveal all?

@DJF, what's the difference of you being lynched and you being "gone permanently"? I mean, we lose you either way, but are you saying that the day goes on with just ten players? Also, is the mechanism automatic? I'm fearing a scum hammer if it isn't. Surely, it has to be automatic...

It must be possible to utilise that role for town's benefit. I can't tell if this would be a good fakeclaim if scum to be honest because on the one hand, it is verifiable, and if DJF doesn't skip town when put at L-1, he'll just be lynched. However, if he does skip town then we're 6v4 and all town players are then required to fall in line and vote for scum. I think I'm leaning to it being a poor fake claim if scum, so based on that I'd assume that DJF is town, leaving my pile of possible scumsters to be changed. That might mean that Son!c is right...oh dear... I don't feel too good.

Proven town (alphabetically):
- Charle
- Devante
- Son!c
- Traf

Likely town (due to gameplay):
- Annie (if she's scum, then I will just acknowledge brilliant gameplay)
- DJF (the claim is weak as a fakeclaim in my opinion, so I'd infer that he is town)

Scumster pile (from most scummy in my opinion):
- Kong
- Hjelp
- King Cod
- Strike

Again: I never said "Traf is awol" but again Traf is thinking i made that up.

Probably because of the way you post it "@Son!c, you may call Traf AWOL town", again reacting to something he thinks it reads instead of what it actually says but reacts not in a funny way but rather callous, and also not for the first time.

You made a very callous post directed at me about me calling you awol even counting posts.. and now you say its not about that? "I denie" it??
TrafalgarLaw01 wrote: Thu Apr 16, 2026 7:08 pm BTW I have not been AWOL other than D1. But you have been so annoying on this game you have made people not want to read the chat at all.

Withouth counting this post this is the number of posts per player (Kingm and dev is counted their 2 characters cause I just use the search option)
Sonic - 244
hjelp - 106
Rag - 101
annieh - 90
Kingm - 67
Traf - 56
Charle - 36
Dev - 32
Kong - 25
Strike - 24
Dj - 22

So you have posted almost as much as 7 players together (and 9 roles). And yes some players might have not commented much, but as many have already mention is offputing coming and see that you made 10 post that add nothing and make up things.

"BTW I HAVE NOT BEEN AWOL"..

But you have been so annoying
...

But its not about me calling you awol making things up??

I am going to...

...Vote strike wolf.

If strike wolf wanted to look town, they could have at the very least put in a vote day 1 or 2.

I am still open to a vote on Cod, djf, or hjelp in that order of preference.

Why Cod? The mystery is killing me and they have no vote history.
Why DJF? Strange role claim* and low post volume
Why Hjelp? I put them last because if they are not lying, their role is nice insurance for the town
Why not Ragian? Gameplay has come across sincere and there are better options for today.

*If DJF dies at night, he reveals who gave the order, only how does that work when the order would have come from the scum and scum is a group?

SoN!c signing off.

I've said and played by my piece from the start: this game was and is meant to have real day-phase trials — long, messy, accusatory discussions where people actually defend themselves, read tells, and try to lie convincingly under pressure. Not this low-effort scared shitless hiding, one-post-every-few-days ghosting that kills the soul of Davidoff's original Mafia.
Whether I'm town or not at this point doesn't matter anymore. The Letter already confirmed my alignment anyway. What matters is that the spirit of the game — the intense interrogation-like debates that made it explode in Russian student circles — is getting lost here.

Intense day-phase "trials" are the heart of the game. The real magic (and the reason it exploded in popularity in Soviet student circles) and why i love to play this game, or better said loved, comes from the long, heated discussions where everyone accuses, defends, reads "body language", spots contradictions, and tries to persuade or bluff the group. Where every detail matters necause the grammar will kill you if its one inch of standards. The "mafia" players have to lie convincingly under pressure while the majority tries to detect deception by any (fun) means necessary. This interrogation-like grilling is what makes it feel alive and psychologically deep.

Enjoy the rest of the game. If it turns into only (or mostly) night actions with dead silent days, then it's not really "Mafia" anymore. And im out. Good luck town.

If this game keeps being wanting to be 90% night actions (like Traf's big dream) and 10% “hi guys sorry I was busy real life” posts (Traf's real day actions), we might as well rename it “Werewolf: The Silent Sleepover Edition” — with matching pajamas, zero talking, and complimentary warm milk from the mod.

Because yes, at this rate the mod is basically running a bedtime story service. And no it’s not Mafia anymore. It’s a support group for people who forgot how to talk and how to talk back keeping it funny.

Imagine: "Night 5 ended... two more dead... still zero posts..." (all game long) but hey: maybe the ghosts will type something this time?

Sorry that's not a social deduction game.

Hence the signing off

I think -

this post is a bit out of topic in this particular "Line of Duty Mafia game" but it do fits in a Mafia game discussion. - and I actually agree. As long as posts are polite and not rude. If all of us were silent then there wouldn't be a Mafia game what so ever. This is my third game and I kind of like the intrigues arising from curious minds and us amateur detectives. It's the wordings and in what manner they are presented that are more revealing, than the content itself, that reveals the truth. Unless accusations no elaborating would be possible. One shall consider that reading a half A4 might take 5 minutes, but talkative 30 seconds the same. By that I don't think a long post is "long".

Sorry about the long post.

Christ. Even the stuff you're quoting proves that you either don't read anything or that you're barking up the wrong tree.

I have a busy weekend, so let's end this day lest anyone is accused of being away for more than three minutes.

That's lynch I suppose. I do think complaints about too long posts or too many posts are a bit much though. It's only been half a page worth of posts every day or so, and that's including mod posts and repeat quotes. Not sure how anything interesting ever happens if people both aren't willing to have fun with things/get into discussions, and also complain about those who do.
