It is intended that each round of the tournament meets the criteria for a clan war and should be included in the clan challenge rankings.
Organization
*EDIT* I will announce the start of each round of each clan war at least 1 week in advance (I will always try for 2 weeks). Each clan should send their home games to the opposing clan by private message by the start day of the round. When games are sent, they must already be created, however, they do not have to be fully joined by home team yet. TheSpaceCowboy and myself should be copied in the private message sending each clans home games. This is not required but is highly recommended. If there is a dispute on whether or not the games were sent on time and we were not copied on the message then I can not support the sender. Once home games are sent, each clan has 5 full days to fill the games. Each clan will get 1 warning on either sending home games or joining games for the entire tournament (this is 1 total warning, not 1 warning for each). After their warning, if a clan is late in sending home games or joining games they will forfeit 1 game per day late. The opposing team will choose which game they forfeit from the batch of games in question (i.e. if a clan sends their home games 1 day late, the opposing team will choose one of those games the late clan forfeits once they receive them). All time and days will be determined by Central Standard Time (because that is what I live in). TheSpaceCowboy and myself will be checking the forums for every clan match to make sure they are being kept up properly, sent and joined on time, and the playing rules are being upheld. However, if any clan feels their opponents have broken a rule they should bring it to our attention immediately.
*EDIT* In each clan challenge thread. A list of players participating for each clan should be kept up along with a running tally of how many games each player has played in. If someone feels a player has violated the number of games they are allowed to participate in, please bring it to my attention. If they are found in violation, that clan will forfeit EVERY game that player has played in that clan challenge for the tournament.
